Alexis has been an integral part of SJM since 2010, bringing over 15 years of dedication to the business. She oversees the day to day administrative and operational functions that keep projects moving, a trusted presence for both the team and their clients.
John began his journey in the plumbing industry in 1979, founding SJM Plumbing Services in 1998 with a vision for technical excellence and a commitment to doing right by every client. With over 45 years of hands-on experience, John established the high standards of integrity and workmanship that define the “SJM Way.” His legacy of precision continues to guide the team as a family-owned and operated leader in the Gold Coast market.
