Our regular operating hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30 am - 4:30 pm. However, we also offer a 24/7 emergency service, including weekends and public holidays.

If you're experiencing water gushing out of your downpipes or gutter, flooding, or slow draining, it indicates a potential blockage in your storm drain. 

Start by checking if your stormwater pit grates and gutters are clear of debris, including leaves and other obstructions.

If your stormwater system connects to the street, ensure there are no blockages at the outlet. If the problem persists, it may be necessary to employ a CCTV inspection and jet rodding of the drainage system for a thorough clearing.

Some blockages can be resolved quickly and easily. For instance, a blockage in a toilet caused by excessive paper can be cleared using a plunger or by pouring hot water down the toilet. 

Other blockages, such as those caused by fatty build up or tree roots, can be more severe. These types of blockages require specialist equipment like a jet rodding machine.

If the problem persists, it may be necessary to locate and excavate the drainage system to repair a collapsed drain or remove a section of the drain.
