For over 25 years, SJM has been the plumbing team behind some of the Gold Coast’s most demanding builds. We’re a second-generation, family owned business based in Carrara, working across luxury residential, commercial, civil and maintenance projects throughout South East Queensland.
Every tradesman on your site is an SJM employee, and we own and operate our own fleet. That means total control over quality, safety and scheduling, from the first mark in the ground to the final fit-off.
We take responsibilty, find solutions, and follow through.
We continually improve ourselves, our work, and our results.
We treat everyone with honesty, professionalism, and respect.
We do what we say we will do.
We support each other and succeed together.
No job is so urgent that it cannot be done safely.
Built on Integrity
SJM was founded by John Mabilia in 1998 and has been led by his son Corey King since 2018. Our reputation rests on one simple thing: doing exactly what we say we will do, every single time.
What started as a family trade has grown into a team of skilled, career-driven plumbers delivering luxury homes, commercial projects and civil works across South East Queensland. The projects are bigger now, but the values haven’t changed. Honesty, hard work and pride in the craft still guide every job.
Our people are at the heart of it. Every tradesman on your site is an SJM employee, and we invest in each of them, professionally and personally, so they can grow as plumbers and as people.
